1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Blipr (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Blipr is a content creation tool that helps users generate short-form video clips from longer video content for publication on social media platforms, including TikTok. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze video content, identify compelling segments, and produce optimized clips.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using Blipr, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

4. User Accounts and Authorization

When you connect your TikTok account to Blipr, you authorize the Service to access your TikTok account information and publish content on your behalf through the TikTok Content Posting API. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any source video content submitted to Blipr.
  • By using the Service, you grant Blipr a limited, non-exclusive license to process, modify, and transform your submitted content solely for the purpose of generating clips.
  • Generated clips remain your property. Blipr does not claim ownership over any content produced through the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, process, or distribute content that infringes on any third party’s intellectual property rights.
  • Create or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Violate TikTok’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
  • Engage in any automated use of the Service beyond its intended functionality.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to generate spam or misleading content.

7. Third-Party Services

Blipr integrates with third-party services including TikTok and YouTube. Your use of these services through Blipr is also subject to their respective terms of service and policies. Blipr is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.

8. TikTok API Usage

Blipr accesses TikTok’s platform through official APIs, including the Content Posting API and Login Kit. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You authorize Blipr to post video content to your TikTok account on your behalf.
  • You may revoke this authorization at any time through your TikTok account settings.
  • Your use of TikTok through Blipr is subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • Blipr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BLIPR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. BLIPR MAKES NO GUARANTEES REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE, REACH, OR ENGAGEMENT OF ANY CONTENT PUBLISHED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLIPR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY TIKTOK OR OTHER PLATFORMS REGARDING YOUR ACCOUNT.

11. Data Processing

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
